Wal-Mart Complaint - Rude Employees
HONOLULU, HAWAII -- I just want Walmart to know that just because they have good prices on some of their items, it doesn't mean that...That alone will bring in the customers. Their employees are very rude and more than half the time, they haven't a clue as to what they are doing! They're too busy talking to other employees and doing everything else but pay attention to me...Their customer! I am tired of asking 5 different people the same question and they all give me that lost look in their eyes. And managers don't know how to solve problems either! Their customer service center is a nightmare!
So I'm thinking, either the employees are not trained properly, they're just plain lazy, or management is not doing their job. More than once the service wasn't exactly even o.K. But I figure they were busy..Or short handed employees..But my excuses ran out and now my frustration is setting in. I just want Walmart to know that I will make sure to tell my friends and family and whoever else I run into to not...Not...Not...Shop at Walmart. Its not worth the poor service. Not to mention lack of knowledge when you ask them about a product. I use to spend at least $400-$500 a month, but obviously my money isn't good enough for them to have better trained employees to take care of the consumer (me).
Walmart will only be as good as the people they employ. If someone opens a store similar to Walmarts, but with better customer service..Its that store that I will take my business to. In the mean time, I will be more than happy to pay a few cents more for the items that I need elsewhere.
