Perciballi Pools Complaint - It's The Customers Responsibility To Correct Perciballis Work

I purchased a Fox Pool from Perciballi Pools & Spas which has several problems.

Water is always under the liner. Two separate pool installers told me that drainage should have been put under the pool because I live in an area that is all clay. [snip], the owner of Perciballi pools told me that the drainage he put in was inadequate.

After years of asking them to fix the pool, they told me to fix the drainage problem myself, then they will address the other problems.

Perciballi Pools & Spas does not want to stand behind there work.

after years, seems time to give up the fight and fix it yourself.

I would fix it if I could. Two seperate pool installers told me that drainage needs to be put UNDER the pool. They both said that Perciballi should have done that when it was installed.

I put a drain tile around the pool and a sump pump about 5 feet deep with a tunnel under the concrete to drain the water. No luck so far.

And the water under the liner is only one of the problems.
