AIPCS Complaint - AIPCS - Lying Thieves
I'm another fool who fell for their garbage. I applied for financing and was approved, I was told to send a $265.00 deposit plus a $59.00 money order for the processing fee. They received my money on October 2nd, it is now November 26 and I have nothing. The 877 number is always busy, so I am forced to pay for long distance calls only to be forwarded to "customer service" to be told that my hold time for a customer service rep. has expired - 35 minutes, I've never been on hold for more than 5 minutes. The newest thing is that the automated system says that there is no room to leave a voice message and it hangs up on me. I had a bad feeling when they asked for the deposit in the form of a money order, something you can't put a stop payment on. My next hit was when the "storm" supposedly crashed their system. I spoke to someone 2 weeks ago and was informed that my PC was assembled but that they were waiting for financing to do what they had to do. I came upon this site by accident and read what everyone else said. I am in complete agreement with the person who recommended emailing the Attorney General with the same message every day until something is done. I don't know about the rest of you, but I can't afford to lose my money. It's time to put these thieves out of business!
