O2 Network Complaint - Complain Re-billing
LONDON UK -- Dear Customer Service,
I need your assistance in solving a problem with one of my bills dated 27 May 2008. As a loyal customer I’ve been using your services for more than 2 years on the grounds of the O2’s good reputation and very attractive tariff for international calls to LaTVia – 20 pence per minute.
However, according to the above mentioned bill the company has suddenly charged me 1 pound per minute for such calls.
I kindly ask you to answer the following questions:
1. What is the tariff per minute for calls to Latvia and if the tariff remained unchanged why did the company charge me differently?
2. If you did change the tariff why I am not aware of that as your customer and my tariff plan remains the same – O2£3512Q108? Also, why do you STILL charge 20 pence per minute as it happened 4th July when a call to Latvia has been made from my other phone on the same account – 07915668102?
Presumably some mistake might have occurred and I therefore ask the company to correct my bill ASAP or to give me an explanation with regard to your tariff policy which I can not understand fully.
I hope this matter will be resolved as I wish to remain O2’s customer and not to look for another mobile service provider.
