AT&T Wireless Complaint - Over Charging - Internet
I started using AT&T in September of last year.I signed up for the 10 dollar a month plan. I am on a one year contract with this plan. They are charging me over 30 dollars a month.They claim to have no record of any charges and requested I send proof by fax. I do not have a fax.
On top of that I often have not had access to the internet for the last 3 months.
One weekend my service was deactivated even though my payments are made automatically.
