T-Mobile Complaint - T-Mobile Altering Their Text Message Rate And Force Customers To Accept It
Received a letter from T-mobile inform me they are changing the text message rate from 0.15 to 0.20 per text. Under the contract I sign, It states that I have 30 days to notify them to cancel my contract without termination charge. I called on July 29, and talk to a lady, she said she cannot do it because the change has not taken affect yet. I have to wait till 30 within the change is taking affect. I called on July 31th. Talked to Thomas Rep ID 4836086. He again tell me different story. He said base on our policy, I am not qualify, I inform him that, I didn't sign your policy, I sign the contract with your company, and I am following what the contract states " I have the right to notify your company to terminate the service within 30 days without termination fee because your company altering the contract which could cost me more money in the feature" I ask to talk to His supervisor Jennifer rep ID 4837592 She said the same thing that she couldn't help me, because I am not qualify. I told her "your company is altering the contract that I sign, how am I not qualify?" She just said she is sorry, there is nothing she can do.
I am tired of calling in 3 days and been told different story. I don't think it is fair for consumer to accept the big company keep on change their contract term and the consumer just have to take it without any choice.
