Cordia Telephone Service Informative - The Worst Telephone Services to Ever Receive

Review by sharnelle on 2008-08-01
VIRGINIA -- Concordia called me one morning advising me that verizon was switching there name to cordia and that I have to update all my information for the computer. Which was a lie. I called the main number to verizon which they stated that they don't even know who the company is.My phone number is crossed with the lawyer office. All my fictures do not work and on top of that there is a collect call block that was placed up there on 07/31/2008. In which before I even switched to Cordia I amde them aware that if there is going to be a block on my line for collect calls I don't even want you. The assured me that oh "ms epps everything is going to be fine. there would be know block but you will receive a bill seperatly. A month after having services and receiving collect calls they put a block on my line. This company is very unprofessional and they trick people into coming with them and charging high prices for calls. They did my 49 year old mother the same way.For all those who are trying to use this company for services don't. This company will drive you insane.

It sound like you have been scammed, slammed, or at least they led you down a path. Your review sounds like you may have been confused about what was going on. Good luck in getting away from these people.

Sure sounds like slamming Chuck. Thought the telco's were done with that game? Guess not. Good info to know Sharnelle, your post will help to warn others. Sounds like something a company like Vonage would pull.

Cordia Communications is a re-seller. They employ independent agents to sell their services on commission. Sounds to me like you were out and out lied to by the person who contacted you. If Verizon was changing their name it would have been all over the news and you would have received an official notice in the mail.
