Conn's Appliances Complaint - 5 week delay in repair
AUSTIN, TEXAS -- My husband and I purchased an LG front loading washer and dryer in Oct. 2006 at Conns. The appliance has been lovely. In early July the washer developed a problem with emptying the water. It took a week and a half to get someone from Conns to come look at the washer. The repairman states he needed a part and would call that Saturday with a time he would be coming out. No call. We started calling the following Monday. It has been now 5 weeks with me calling the repair line almost daily. I have yet to receive a return call from anyone at Conns. My washer is still not working. What do I do next? I'm ready to call another repair service.
