PLEASANTON, CALIFORNIA -- I bought some new earphones for my ipod. I explained that I needed something that would sit further in my ear. My receipt in hand and of course box opened, I was told I was 32 days late to return the product and the box was open. DUH! of course the box is open I needed to try out the product. Well too bad. I asked for store credit... more stores know you will end up spending more anyhow.... nope! I opened the box! What a bunch of crap! $40 down the drain! When leaving they weren't even going to give me back the worthless earphones! I am very disappointed in the service I received at this store, and sadly this is not the first time either. Please think twice before going back to this store where customer service is not their #1 priority.

That would be like returning used false teeth.. once it's been inserted in your body, it gets pretty personal..
