Buy.com Complaint - Poor Customer Service
MERIDEN, CONNECTICUT -- DON'T BUY ON BUY.COM
They have no customer service. Their venders must no longer want to deal with them because rather than be able to ship a product to you, they put you through hell.
As soon as you get a "verification" notice, don't reply. Just let the order die. They will hang you up for weeks and you'll never get your product.
Do not hold out false hope that they will be able to solve their problems and get you your product. Any company that doesn't put its phone number on its site sends you a signal that your oder can't be taken care of appropriately.
Scott Blum has tried to build a company through market share rather than quality service. His real company, in Jackson Wyoming is a venture company called "Think Tank." I suggest that you call Scott (Tel : 307.734.9800 NOT TOLL FREE) or email him at firstname.lastname@example.org and complain directly to him at his bogus venture firm. You won't get any satisfaction other than to know you have hassled him a little which may make up for your frustration.
Wall Street is finally figuring Blum out. He works on old business models that talk about anything but true value propositions. He's the joke of New York City. Take heart if you've been cheated or disappointed. He and his silliness are found out!
Finally, do your part: tell everybody you know not to buy from buy.com. And don't watch anything that Howie Mandel is in. If he and his agent want to be associated with losers like buy.com, perhaps they should suffer the consequences as well.
Have a great day!
