Web Coast Ventures, Digitial TV for PC Informative - Question if anyone has tried this service

Review by mariecz_2 on 2008-08-03
I received an email to try Digital TV for PC but there is no one to ask questions. Just the "dummy" that says can't answer info and not a real person. Has anyone tried this? Does it really work? If you get 1000+ stations then why an additional $10 for 156 more? thanks

Well, you are real short on information here. It sounds like a scam to me. How about posting a copy of the email.

Obtained this from the following website:

I was able to find a few actual user reviews on the product. Even though it generally functions as advertised, most of the 1000+ channels don't work due to their being outside the US. It will also demand use of Real Player which means if you don't have it installed there will be more channels not working. Some complained that the index is hard to navigate and many of the channels are dimmed out. It will also nag the user to upgrade to the paid version. Some say the paid version isn't any better.
