T-Mobile Informative - T-Mobile @home Does Not Work & Their Employees Will Bounce Your Around Like A Hot Potato
LAKE ELSINORE, CALIFORNIA -- I was told at the T Mobile store that the porting of my business lines would be seamless. This was on 7/16/2008. When the lines were ported, our business lines had no dial tone. We called to complain. The lines came up later in the day.
The lines had lots of garbage sounds, static, in them, & my cell phone while at home would drop calls & the number would not be displayed. The screen would turn grey with the hour glass.
On July 31, the phone lines went completely dead & we call T Mobile for the next 5 days & got bounced around, hung up on, etc. We called Verizon & told them to port us back. Even more bizarre is that Verizon told us that our 2nd line had not been ported, although it worked on the T Mobile @Home, & now does not work on Verizon. Verizon is going to call them tomorrow Aug. 5th. Our Transportation business makes $500 a day & that is our loss.
I will be suing them in small claims court.
Please pass this on. Do not get at home if you are a business & can't afford to have a product that should be in Beta Check.
