Complaint - Financial Advice - Financial Advisor

PENUELAS -- I am employed in a Oil Terminal in the southern part of Puerto Rico and like the majority ot my co-workers, I am enrolled in the 401K Program with Smith Barney. On numerous occasions my fellow workers and I have tried unsuccessfully to communicate with the financial advisor in charge of our accounts with only a promise that our calls will be returned, but were never done so. We have communicated our dissatisfaction to our Human Resources Dept. since we feel that we, as clients, are entitled to a much better service and not be treated indifferently as is now the case.

I hope that this letter will provoke changes that will be beneficial to all concerned. For your consideration.
