Cracker Barrel Complaint - Does the food taste better if you can't see it?
FENTON, MISSOURI -- My husband and I arived at about 4:30 pm on a beautiful fall day to get some supper. We chose a table by the window so tah we could enjoy the rest of the day and the sunset colors whil we ate our meal. After we were seated the waiter came over and without a word to us -closed the window blinds by our table. My husband and I asked the people at the surrounding tables if the light was bothering them and they all said that they had been enjoying the view so we reopened the blind. A short while later the waiter came back over and closed the blind again and said that the manager required that the blinds be closed after 4:30. I guess that you can tell that we will never eat there again if the food is so bad that they feel that they can only serve it in the dark.
