Crocs.com Complaint - Dealing With Customer Service - Shoes Returning
Shoes Returning - Complaint
These people are flat out dishonest at crocs.com... They sent the wrong size and I had to spend two hours on phone arguing with them about the return. Without any authorization they then proceeded to send me another pair and bill my credit card a further 30 bucks...just unbelievable. I have seen some bad customer service but crocs.com takes the cake.
Do NOT deal with them or give them money or credit card numbers....simply a bunch of money grubbing liars.

One of my coworkers was sent home to wash her feet and change her shoes because her feet stunk so bad. It was a combo of rubber and sweat, but I think hers were a knock off version so that may have been what caused it. She was so embarassed!
