Preserve It Naturally 3rd Addition Cook Book - Complaint
NEW YORK -- This vendor quickly accepted my payment then did not sent the book I ordered. Attempts to call them were met only with voicemail and even then I was not able to leave a message.
The one time I managed to get a " live " line, I heard laughter, before being shunted to a recording telling me to call back later.
Emails are met with supposed referrals to some other party within the organization.
Unfortunately, I am not alone as I belatedly checked ResellerRatings dot com and found 52 out of 53 reviews as "very unsatisfied" with one "neutral" entry. That my friends is a .33 out of a possible 10.0 rating.
All the problems mentioned at that website were pretty much what I experienced. If you manage any sort of contact at all with the company, it's just run around and delaying tactics.
I have filled complaints with PayPal & the NY BBB, and am in the process of contacting consumer forums to spread the word on these scam artists.
Avoid this vendor.
