Kmart Complaint - Inaccurate Prices - Pricing

Review by clip on 2008-08-07
The Kmart store in West Jordan, Utah is the worst store for inaccurate prices. They have the correct sale price on items less than half the time. Only one of four items I bought recently had the advertised price and the rest rang up at full price. They never have a cashier that can fix the prices and they act like you are not truthful about the price.

I will never shop there again.

This doesn't surprise me at all, KMart has been going downhill for years. I'm surprised they're still in business at all, I've seen many of them close up shop in the last couple of years.

I used to work at Kmart, and I know that what the OP stated is absolutely true. I can't count how many times I had to manually change the price because something that was supposed to be on sale was full price. Kmart sucks and I'm so happy to be gone!

Is there a date on the sale signs to say when the sale ends? I don't know I never shop at Kmart.

I'm a Kmart employee and I feel your pain. Only being there 17 hours a week, us front end gals/guys cannot keep up with everything. I appreciate your comments. We feel the brunt of your anguish and we do our best to pacify our customers. There is MUCH improvement needed in the stores and it boils down to communication.
