Dish Network Complaint - Technical And Supportive Deficiencies Of Dish Network
MIAMI, FLORIDA -- During the past 18 months, our satellite service with Dish Network has had constant interruptions in service. While representatives on telephone support have been kind, their knowledge of the issues has been limited and technician appointments to our home have been repeatedly not kept. We have gone as long as two weeks without service because of the inability of the company to find suitable technicians to come to our home. Very limited credit has been offered for our inconvenience. After still another failure within the last year, I have decided to discontinue service. Be aware that unlike cable companies, early termination of your contract results in financial penalty. I would NEVER consider this company for your service if you have a competing media company. Friends who have subscribed to Direct TV have been very happy. We will resume service with our local cable provider (Atlantic Broadband), hoping for the best.
In a competitive world, service is everything; Dish network simply is not reliable nor supportive.
