Go! Airlines Complaint - Rude Agents - Reservation Agents

HONOLULU, HAWAII -- I am a hotel concierge and had to contact Go! Airlines by phone regarding reservation of my guest 3 times today. For these 3 times, I talked to 3 different reservation agents of GO! Airlines. They were all so rude and I got so mad on the phone. They were all cocky and had an attitude from the beginning. They do not know how to do customer service.
I should have got their names and asked for their manager.

Anyway, they need to work on their customer service skills !! And one more thing. I will never ever refer my guests to Go! Airlines.

you don't have to worry about that anymore..I promise you. all the go! airline workers were replaced...right up to their managers.

sorry to say the comapny I work for staffed them and did a great job at hiring losers. true ones!
