North American Bancard Complaint - Lying Salesmen, Bogus Fees, Deceptive Contract
To All My Fellow Retail Merchants: From personnel experience. I am stuck in a three year contract with these liars. This company is not to be trusted. Within a month of my signing their contract. My fees shoot up over $35. per month in bogus fees, not including their percentage of the sales, which I was never informed of.
Why would I leave EFS at $10 a month in fees to go to $35.00 a month. Because North American Bancard is an institution which lies and manipulates it's customers!Yes I did ask, yes I did read. The salesman lied through his teeth. This companies contract is so dishonest, all the important info is in small writing on the lasy page of the 15 page contract. They are thieves and liars. This company should be investigated by the government for unfair business practices. They suck $35.00 out of my account every month for doing nothing. I closed my store in June for good, and regardless that I have called them to inform them they still continue to take my money. They have no remorse and are greedy blowholes.
I put up with there bullcrap for 2 1/2 years and now they won't let me out of my contract when I have no business. They are still taking out $35.00 a month for nothing. How do these people get to steal my money for no work! Our laws suck when blood sucking companies like this are allowed to lie and steal from hard working people. Go to EFS I had 10 years of good service with them and regret the day I went to North American Bancard.

Since our inception in 1992, we have worked with over 125,000 merchants of all sizes and levels of complexity. We provide a high level of service and support to our customers, as is evidenced by the low number of complaints we handle. Occasionally we, like any other large company, may make a mistake or mishandle an issue. When these are brought to our attention we resolve them to the best of our ability. Our 250+ employees work hard every day to make doing business with NAB a pleasure for our merchants and stakeholders, all we ask is the opportunity to recover well.
In regards to the fees that have been questioned, your Agreement will list on page nine under Pricing Schedule the fees that may apply to your account. Some account have both a statement fee as well as a monthly discount fee.
Unfortunately enough information was not provided for us to accurately determine your specific Merchant Account. If your account was incorrectly debited, or you believe your fees have been incorrectly calculated, we would need specific information in order to properly address the concerns or correct any errors.
