KENOSHA, WISCONSIN -- I sent three letters cancelling Corecom's poor service. They continued to bill me. Though I felt I did not owe them the $63.25 They were billing me for I agreed to settle the account for $50.00. They accepted the $50.00. But continued to bill me for $13.25. A very rude, nasty and obnoxious representative named (snip) said there were no notes on the settlement and refused to allow me to speak to a superior while hurling insults at me. He is typical of the service I received from Corecomm.

Avoid Corecomm at all costs!
