Celtic Health Insurance Complaint - Terrible Customer Service

ILLINOIS -- I signed up with Celtic health insurance in June. I was quoted $x.xx a month and approved. When I got my bill it was $5 more per month. I called to ask about this and was rudely informed that "quoted prices are not guaranteed." I was told I could write a letter to ask them to reconsider.

Over two months ago I went to the doctor. They have still not finished filing the claim! They say they are waiting on prior history from the doctor I visited and a hospital I have never heard of. I asked on the phone what this hospital is and I was told I'd have to talk to the investigations team. I asked if I could, and was told the investigation team does not take outside phone calls - I would have to write them a letter again (not email)!!!

I dread having to call Celtic because their staff are not friendly and it seems they are trained to be as difficult as possible! I have scheduled my policy to be cancelled at the end of the year and I am switching providers.
