Ikea.com Complaint - Non-delivery of goods
On July 27th, I purchased over $1,600 worth of furniture. My account was debited on July 29th. Since then and despite several phone calls and e-mails I have not had one explanation as to where they are or why they have not been delivered. I call and they promise to call back but never do. I e-mail and they don't respond.
DON'T purchase anything through them. It will be the worst headache you have ever experienced!
