Ikea.com Complaint - Non-delivery of goods

On July 27th, I purchased over $1,600 worth of furniture. My account was debited on July 29th. Since then and despite several phone calls and e-mails I have not had one explanation as to where they are or why they have not been delivered. I call and they promise to call back but never do. I e-mail and they don't respond.

DON'T purchase anything through them. It will be the worst headache you have ever experienced!

No, the "worst headache" may be trying to assemble the stuff when you get it. Lots of little pieces, parts and screws, and vague directions.

And after that forget about replacing any worn out fabric.
