T-Mobile Complaint - Emergency Calls - Hello Emergency
WINCHESTER, VIRGINIA -- I personally do not have TMobile as a service, but have two children outside of the home who do.
The problem is, they both have two different T-mobile phones and neither of them work right. They are always calling there service provider and have yet to solve the problem. I have many health problems and it is sad when a mother can't reach her children. When I try and call them it rings busy, when they try and call me, well, there phone doesn't work for them. They are being ripped off, by not being able to use minutes, since this company doesn't care enough to solve the problem. I just wanted my complaint heard and could say more, but would run out of room.
T-MOBILE-shut down your business or bankrupt yourself, you are such liars and treat your consumers as though you do know wrong. That is a no-no. The consumer is always right and you should do whatever is humanly possible to please your clients, since they are the ones who pay for you to stay in business in the first place.
OPEN YOUR EYES BEFORE YOU HAVE TO SELL OUT TO ANOTHER COMPANY. YOU DO NOT HAVE WHAT IT TAKES TO BE A COMPANY AND TO CALL AND COMPLAIN ONLY MAKES YOUR PROVIDERS MISERABLE. I HOPE YOU ARE GETTING MY POINT. I DO NOT LIKE SEEING MY CHILDREN HAVE TO WASTE GAS TO DRIVE AND CHECK ON ME OR SEE THEM LEAVE MY HOME UPSET WITH TMOBILE. THANK GOD I AM NOT A CUSTOMER WITH A TWO YEAR CONTRACT. WHAT A RIP OFF.
