Wal-Mart Complaint - Deli and so-called management
HUNTINGDON, TENNESSEE -- This may appear frivilous but, I assure you it is not. I do all of my shopping at wal-mart. On average I spend $1,500 per month (not including biger purchases made occasionally, and holiday gift shopping) I also have my families prescriptions filled at wal-mart's pharmacy. I have been a loyal and regular customer, but, due to my experiences in the last two weeks, I am very likely to be changing stores for all of my shopping, food, and medicinal needs. Now, here's why (which is TOTALLY rediculous! in my opinion) I have a 64 oz. insulated mug that I bring with me everywhere, when I am at wal-mart(almost daily) I go to the deli and buy a large drink but use my own mug. Now, I understand that a large size drink is only 32 ozs. but, you are also entitled to a "free" refill with the purchase of the large deli drink which would equall 64 ozs. I have had WAY TOO MANY problems using my mug. The deli people are outright RUDE about it saying that I can not use it. I have spoken to management twice about it. The first time the manager said it was allright to use it and she would take care of it. The second manager I spoke with (after having more trouble with the deli workers) said he didn't think I could. Now, almost everyone I know drinks coffee and usually they bring their own mug everywhere and fill it up with coffee and no-one has EVER had a problem with it.
Wal Mart is losing my business because of maybe $10 worth of fountain drinks a month, and the way I have been treated so rudely over it, like they don't care and it doesn't matter. But, IT MATTERED TO ME!
