Arkansas Cox Cable Service Support Complaint - Bad Support Service - Cable Service

ROGERS, ARKANSAS -- This is a letter that I sent, after learning there E-mail service is as bad as the phone connect service!

This evening we ordered a pay per view, It did not show up, as requested. So, we called and waited until 7:17PM for someone to get to us. Then went though all your hoops as to pin, can we access your account and so on. Then placed on hold again for a few minutes and finally at 7:21, were told that the pay per view was not on because our bill was past due. Which it is not until August 31st. In any case, I dislike being LIED to for being told that the pay per view would be on and I will be charged $39.95 etc. when we first called. I am very upset with the poor excuse or a plain out lie that were going to go ahead and let you have this movie this time only! Who the hell do you think you are to say let me have. As far as I am concerned you can have your cable and place it where it don't shine. But, to tell me the bill is past due when the start of the movie was agreed to then to use that excuse that your bill is pass due, then trying to make me think it is all my fault is a bunch of B.S.!

Whoever that woman was that said this crap has really pissed me off. If you don't like what I have stated here. Then shut the cable off as I don't like that crap of your service person!

So what stinks about the email??? Not sure what all was said over the phone, beside's what you stated, but you could have ALOT worse from other companies.
