Virgin Mobile Cell Phone Complaint - Lousy Company!!! - Pay As You Go Cell Phone

MARYLAND -- I have repeatedly attempted to contact Virgin Mobile's so-called "customer service". After 100+ emails and hours listening to the pre-recorded "Simone" ramble on and on without offering a single option to solve my problem.... still nothing except continued debiting my bank account.

What was your problem? Emails, IMHO are mostly a waste of time - they are deleted or ignored by companies. A hand written letter will get more attention though it still may not solve your problem.

My experience with Virgin Mobile has been great. I would recommend them. Their reception is better than my T-Mobile. Also with sugar mama watching ads you can earn free minutes. This is the best pay-as-you-go.

I love my Virgin Mobile as well. I have had the phone for 6 yrs. and only had problems twice.

I would be ashamed to admit I lost my Virginity in a 57 Chevy. Now a Bentley that would be something else.

My cousin was driving, and wally, I am lucky that it wasn't the '52 Ford I paid 50 bucks for.
