Comcast Corporation Complaint - Cable Connections
SUMMIT, NEW JERSEY -- I tried to order cable through Comacast.com. The delivery date came and went and no notification. I tried to call the company and that is when the trouble started. I talked to 10 different people at 10 different locations and numbers. I was transferred so many times I can't remember and each time I had to wait on hold. When I finally talked to each of these people they said they couldn't help me.
There is evidently no actual department that handles online orders and all the other departments can't help me. This is why I have not had cable for 5 years.
They have a monopoly and charge too much.
