Maryland Pools Informative - Poor Customer Service
WARRENTON, VIRGINIA -- We bought our in ground pool from Maryland Pools in 2006 and are completely dissatisfied with their customer service. The only time they call back in a timely manner is when you are looking to buy. After that forget it. During the sale they claim that the project manager will be on site supervising and coordinating everything. That is completely false; it was my wife who did all the coordinating with their subcontractors and county inspectors.
If there is a maintenance issue they assign it to a subcontractor called Pool Pros. Pool Pros is even worse; not only are they un-responsive but they are also extremely rude.
