Comcast Corporation Complaint - Run-around for refund
CROZET, VIRGINIA -- I have spent several weeks trying to get an over-payment refund. I inadvertently sent a check MADE OUT TO A DIFFERENT PARTY. Somehow, Comcast was able to cash it - it seems there should be some legalities there. The check was for $192.00 and my bill was for $11.96. Seems like a red flag should have gone up. I just got off the phone (for the 100th time) with the promise that they would once again email finance. Thanks for nothing. Every person I talk with tells me something different. It is a crime how customers are treated. The steps I have had to take to even get this far in finding an address/telephone number for a central office is appalling.
I wouldn't want my customers to be able to contact me either if I ran a business like you do. DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS!
