Tristar Products Inc Complaint - Too Busy To Accept Phone Calls!

I have been trying to contact TRISTAR to return the KStyler I purchased on an informecial because the styler's on button was pushed in when I opened the box up and could not be used. have been calling for over a month and keeping getting the same recorded voice that they are experiencing a high volume of calls and then they say thank you and hang up. How can I return an item in 30 days if they won't let through the first week I call?

The styler cost over a hundred dollars not including shipping costs!
