CircuitCity.com Complaint - The Worst Shopping Experience Ever

DENVER, COLORADO -- Almost a month ago I ordered Philips DVP-5140 DVD Player from CircuitCity.com and it was my worst shopping experience online ever because I have never received the item. Customer service representatives, who I called many times, were not helpful at all. All I heard, was "Call in a few days, and we will issue refund, or send you another item". But when I called them again in a few days, I heard the same thing, and nobody was willing to investigate an issue, send another item, or issue refund. When I requested to speak with supervisor, I was transferred to another customer service representative, more aggressive and rude, who denied my request and actually cut me off! She didn't want even to listen to me!

Representatives don't allow you to speak with supervisors, saying that supervisors are very busy talking to other customers! Needless to say, I am not going to shop with CircuitCity anymore.
