D J Construction Informative - Needing Repairs On Your Home Or Business?
INDIANAPOLIS, INDIANA -- From time of initial signing of work to be done for me at my other home, that is now for sale. It took the Contractor 35 days to get the job done. He was cheap enough and understanding of my needs. He did what I asked of him. His wife helps out in the works in some areas and is pretty good at it too. The saying: "You get what you pay for", is absolutely true in this case. We couldn't afford much so we got what we paid for. SOME areas could have been better and the time it took to do the job was lengthy. The owner helped me get compensated for another's negligence. My Insurance paid me, but they wouldn't have had it not been for MY Contractor. As he was getting more and more into remodeling though, he kept finding unnecessary things that HE said needed done. He knew/knows I didn't have much money from the start and that I have to get tis done in order to sell.
While working on my house he went to another job and left his wife to finish mine and when he came back in town, he finished it up what she didn't get. I would use my own judgment for this one before hiring him. I will not use him again. Because I don't plan to have any reason/s to do so.
