Review by sunroof on 2008-08-20
LIVERMORE, CALIFORNIA -- On April 25, 2008, vehicle sunroof would not close. On April 25, 2008, I spoke with service advisor [snip] of Livermore Audi to arrange repair. On April 26, 2008, I brought vehicle to Livermore Audi. Livermore Audi replaced the sunroof track. On May 10, 2008, I picked up vehicle. Vehicle had exterior and interior damage caused by Livermore Audi. I spoke with (snip) several times to have Livermore Audi repair damages they caused. On June 7, 2008, Livermore Audi picked up vehicle and letter dated June 7, 2008, detailing damage/procedure to correct. A (37) photo CD illustrating damages was supplied.

On July 17, 2008, Livermore Audi returned vehicle. NO exterior damages were adequately fixed. Further exterior and interior damage was caused. NO interior repairs were performed. Livermore Audi is responsible for damages it caused, but it will not comply.

unless you have pictures of 'before' you took it in, they will deny it.

I have plenty of pictures before and after they damaged the vehicle. Also, I have pictures of subsequent damage caused by Livermore Audi after they tried to perform corrective work for damage they caused. In total, probably $6000-8000 worth of damage.
