Smart Fixx Complaint - E Cig Scam Faulty Product And Deceptive Warranty

Representative was spoke to and he insured if I did not like the products a full refund would be issued.

After trying 2 different models of the smokeless electronic cigarettes both were returned within 30 days because of malfunctioning batteries,capsules etc.
Called representative and got different attitude after complaining, and was shocked when told I would have to pay a restocking fee and would get no credits for the accessories.

Shipped all items back in original boxes along with all accessories at my postal expense. 2 weeks later no response no refunds.

When I contacted the rep he claim I did not return one of the chargers? I asked why I had not heard from them he claimed he was waiting for me to call and ask him when I would receive my credits as he subtracted for the cost of the charger and my refund would be sent by check for less than half of the purchase price!

What a scam this company turns out to be! here we are over a month and still no word and no refund!
