FLOWERY BRANCH, GEORGIA -- I recently purchased a Compaq presario 7500 desktop. Shortly after a purchased my computer I began having problems. I comtacted Compaq's tech support numerous times with no results. Recently I spoke to tech support and they told me that the problem that I was having was software related. The software was Windows XP and came installed on the computer when I purchased it. I was then told that my software warranty had expired. They then told me that I should contact Microsoft for further assistance. So I did. After I explained the problem to them they stated that this was not related to their software that it was a manufacturer defect. This has been going on for several weeks now and I cannot use my computer at all! This has been the worst expeience with a company of any kind that I have ever had!!!
