Vonage Complaint - Stealing Money From A Disabled Person Account
NEW JERSEY -- I ordered service on June 6, 2008 requesting a number transfer. They advised me that I would get 2 months free service and were very nice when they rope you in. As of July 27th I had no service, no transfer and they started taking money from my account as of July 6th. I e-mailed 7 times advising them they no longer could access my account and they did anyway. They have stolen over $200.00 from me and they only way I can stop them is to change my account. I never received the services as requested. How can a company steal money for services not rendered, and on top of this I was to get the first two months free. Somebody help...
I have spent over 37 hours on the phone being polite playing their game and still I am no where. Does anyone know how to get to these rip-off artists. they should be put out of business and sued for every last dime they have stolen not to mention the $100.00 I paid to have a new line installed into my house.
I HATE VONAGE... Every time I see a commercial I become ill. They are liars... DO NOT DO ANY THING WITH THEM!
