Hydroxaton Complaint - Rip-off Warning By Hydroxatone

Review by charich on 2008-08-22
I could only blame myself. I was riding into work one morning when I heard an advertisement for Hydroxatone. It seem pretty simple enough get a trial size for 9.95 which is for the shipping and the product trial size. the package came in the mail as promised. I was told I had 30 days to cancel. I decided within that time that it was not worth the 69.95 for a full package. While waiting on my next shipment to arrive so I may send it back and not get charged. I received a debit to my account for 143.99 which I could not figure out what that was for. I called Hydroxatone and was told that this was for two shipment and shipping which I never received. the person on the phone all but called me a liar when I said I never received the package just the trial pack.

I asked to speak to a manager who said the same thing with a twist. he ask me to send the 2 jar back to receive a refund. I said to him how could I do this when I never received them. He then said I don't know but send them back anyway.Again I never received the 2 jar and I was charged twice.

Ask them to provide you with tracking information proving that the product was delivered. Do this by certified mail, so that they cannot say they did not recieve the letter. Also, dispute the charge on your card with your bank/credit card.
