Nexteve.com Complaint - Horrible Gown, Horrible Customer Service. Faulty Product And No Refund

DARLINGTON, PENNSYLVANIA -- I ordered a gown from this company, the entire top of the dress is made crooked, can't not be repaired. They refuse a refund, will not speak to me on the phone or answer emails.

Reported it to the Better Business Bureau, their response to them was "no refund".

Please do not order from this company.

They are professing to be in Pennsylvania but truth of the matter is the gowns are made in some sweat shop in China!!!

if it was custom made, then no, no refund. but they shoud at least be willing to make it right. try finding a local seamstress who can make it right.

I skimmed through their website a bit, they are definitely not a US based company. Sorry for your experience, but I just can't help but wonder why you would order a gown online in the first place. And if it was custom fitted, you can always go to a reputable seamstress, who can do that for you, for a reasonable price.
