Qwest Informative - Bad Service
PRESCOTT, ARIZONA -- I'm really surprised that I am able to get to this site to complain. My Internet service is so bad that I lose connection every single day several times each day. I've complained to the billing department and the service calls are sent to the Philipine Islands. They don't understand me and I don't understand them. I just recently sent a letter with my tracking list of lost signals to the Corporate office in Colorado....can hardly wait to see what response I get from them.
In Northern AZ, there aren't a lot of choices but my brother in Phoenix cancelled them and paid the $200.00 early withdrawal fee and was glad to be rid
