Texas Trust Credit Union Complaint - Texas Trust Credit Union - Here We Go Again!

Review by Disaster Worker on 2008-08-24
GRAND PRAIRIE, TEXAS -- On August 23, 2008 I went after hours to the Texas Trust ATM on Jefferson in Grand Prairie. Either the computer was not working or the ATM was out of money. Very frustrating that we couldn't get cash out as we had a grave family emergency and needed some extra cash on hand.

Sunday, August 24th, we went to the Arlington, TX location to try again to get cash. That ATM wasn't working either or was out of cash. (Yes, we verified we had plenty of money in our account.)

This credit union is getting worse by the day. Don't bank with them!

this is very frustrating indeed. next time go to a walmart and use the debit feature, and withdraw cash. walmart always has cash.

That's exactly what we wound up doing. It's just so frustrating working with this credit union (used to be super). They always have the highest interest rates, and I'd hate to change to a WAMU or other such institution. I just wonder whatever happened to taking care of the customer???

TTCU used to be a great bank but lately it's become greedy and rude as the big banks. You can't even cash a check the anymore unless they want to hold it forever. Ineed to check the banking regulations to see how long they can hold your deposits. I can't take much more of this mess.
