GMAC Complaint - Customer Service Sucks
BLOOMINGTON, MINNESOTA -- I just bought an 2008 GM and it is the biggest mistake I ever made. First off the automobile has been in the shop 4 times I've only had it 5 months. The bigger trouble is with the FINANCIAL part of it. I have paid on time for the past 4 months and than NO-BILL. So I just sent the check to the self addressed letter and than I noticed that the address was off by one number. I then called 3 days later but could not get an American representative I than called the dealership to see if I could get a number for the COMPANY in America! (ARE YOU SITTING DOWN FOR THIS)? The guy tells me that they don't have a number for the Headquarters they only use a COMPUTER! Yeah Right! So if the NET is DOWN NO SALE? B.S. SO long story short. I had to STOP payment on the check which I never seen again. Cost me $30.00 and of course a late Fee of $10.00 and not being able to sleep over all this B.S. PRICELESS!!! They SUCK and I will never buy American again.
I have friends tell me that Non-American companies are GREAT at Customer Service. BYE BYE GMAC!!! I will be looking to re-Finance this thing as soon as I can... SAVE THE HEADACHE and don't DEAL WITH THESE JERK OFFS..... GMAC CUSTOMER SERVICE???????
