Australasian Relocations Complaint - What To Do? - International Removals

Review by TripleM on 2008-08-27
Can't believe this!!! This is stuff you see on TV and think it will never happen to you. Who would think to do a background check on a company like this?
We have just received that terrible letter from EuroUSA who say they have not been paid from Ausrelo. Don't know where our stuff is at the moment or who to talk to about it. Where to start? Any tips?

They have gone into liquidation as of 7th of August - 2 weeks after they happily took our money. Similar story as to what I have read on the posts. They tried to charge more than original quote - then rang back later to say they would go with original quote. Paid insurance but that will do stuff all in this circumstance I presume.

Any help or suggestions would be appreciated. [snip]

Find out where your stuff is. Then get an attorney to find a judge that will lock it down until you can sort thru the mess and get your stuff back.

Contact this lady. She works for the administrators, Lawler Partners in Sydney and shee seem to be the one who is dealing with this. We got some good news yesterday. The container with my son ad 17 other families belongings in is going to be released from the docks, but we have all to pay again.
