Priceline.com Complaint - Don't Disclose All Rules....
I had to evacuate for hurricane Gustav and booked a room for 2 nights to get away from danger. They moved the mandatory evacuation date up a day, so I called Priceline to change the date. I called the next day at noon and the customer service representative told me he had changed the dates to Sunday, Monday instead of Monday, Tuesday. I went to the hotel which is 6 HOURS AWAY FROM MY HOME, only to be told that I was not booked for Sunday, Monday but Monday, Tuesday!!!
I called Priceline customer service to correct this issue and they told me that it was no longer in their hands but the hotel's. I have gotten the run around from both the hotel and Priceline, so I will never use Priceline.com again.
