Abercrombie Complaint - Customer Service - Lack Of Customer Service
Abercrombie as a company does not understand the meaning of customer service. The music is so loud at our store in Willowbrook Mall in Houston, Texas that you have to yell to be heard and it hurts my ears. When I requested it be turned down a bit I was informed that they were trying to create an atmosphere that appealed to their shoppers. I pointed out that parents had to be willing to come into the store for their children to purchase items and I was told I should just give my credit card to my daughter and not come in! In a later (and our last) trip to Abercrombie a manager informed us that a customer had put a bunch of non sale shirts on a sales rack and put sales stickers on most of the shirts. (She contended that no employ would make a mistake.) The shirt in my daughters size did not have the sticker but was hung with all the other identical shirts in the sales area.
They would not honor the advertised price and the manager was very rude when I requested a refund. This company does not understand the meaning of customer service. I have spent a lot of money at this store. Not anymore!
