Ecost Informative - Horrible Customer Service
Ecost is the worst kind of Customer Service I have encountered in an Online shopping service. Each customer service representative I spoke to (there were 3), and additionally I send 2 emails, blamed someone else in the company for an order screwup. Nobody, not even the supervisors, wanted to take responsibility for their mistake, or do anything to correct the problem. All they offered to do was reorder the 40 inch LCD TV.
As a customer who has spend a lot of money purchasing from Ecost over the years, I am extremely disappointed by their attitude.
