Dollar Rent A Car Complaint - Misinformation And Poor Customer Services

CANCUN -- My husband and I had the worst experience with Dollar rent a car for poor customer service and over charges. The front license plate got stolen one day in our trip and Dollar charged us $110 without any indication in our contract for that rate. The representative was extremely rude and uncooperative and made us almost miss our flight and charged the card without giving his name away or had the manager show up for our case.

Sadly That was the end of doing business with Dollar rent a car and left a bad memory at the end of our trip. Watch for hidden charges!

Renting a car in Mexico has become an adventure in itself these last couple of years. Lot's of complaints about charges showing up days and weeks later for all kinds of stuff. Missing spare tires, scratches etc.
