Sprint PCS Complaint - Don't Do It, Big Mistake In My Opinion
HENDERSON, NEVADA -- I have a signed agreement from a Sprint representative that has not been honored. I have been overcharged for over two months now. I have emails stating the problem would be resolved but only after I let the email representative know what I signed and agreed to. At first I was told the offer wasn't offered any longer(?!!) and then was told my account would be adjusted. It's still wrong. I am now sending a letter to the CEO (what I could find on the internet). It's a shame all the time and money wasted when all they had to do was give me what they agreed to on a written document!
It's crazy to think how difficult Sprint has made such a simple, basic thing as renewing a contract into something so horrible that I am letting everyone possible know about it!!!!
