Quikship California Complaint - Warning About Bad Product, Lack Of Customer Service And Poor Refund Policy

Buyer beware!

If you purchase any laser toner cartridges from Quikship California, you may not receive your cartridges within the stated time frame. You may also receive defective cartridges that you only have 30 days to return. But the company may take 60 days or more to process your refund. Also you will need to provide them with proof that they receive your defective cartridges in order to have the refund processed.

I have personally had two bad experiences from them I will recommend that no one buy from them. The first was when I ordered cartridges and they sent the UPS tracking number, but did not ship them because they were out of stock. It took several emails and phone calls to find that out. The second problem was when I ordered three more and all three were defective. I returned them using the UPS label they provided and they received them within 15 days of the original order. 30 days later I checked with them on the status of the refund and was told they were still waiting for the defective cartridges to be returned. I sent them the tracking information showing they had received them and then they said they would process the refund. Another 15 days passed and still no refund. I filed a complaint with the BBB and suddenly received a partial refund.

I recommend staying away from this business. There are much better companies to deal with than them.

I have been buying toners and drums from Quikship Toner for 10+ months. When I first started shopping there the return policy was only 30 days, but NOW its SIX MONTHS.

Also, this company PAYS for me to return my defective AND pays the replacement cost without charging me first. I've dealt with online companies that make me PAY for my replacement first then refunded the money MONTHS after I got the replacement. QUIKSHIP DOES NOT DO THIS. I think that's a bonus over the competition. Plus, the replacement took only about 5 business days to get here. I think that's pretty quick.

My orders almost ALWAYS ship the same day. And the one time they didn't was only a day or two delay.

SO, Basically my experience with Quikship Toner has been EXCELLENT and I will continue to shop with them.
