VCA Travel Complaint - Good Prices, Horrific Service
This company is a disaster. I booked 2 cruises through them because their prices were the best but their customer service is ridiculous. Every time I need them - whether it be to inquire about a dining time, to link a reservation, or to cancel a reservation - it takes at least 2 weeks of constant messages, emails, and phone calls to get a response.
Now, less than 2 weeks before the cruise, we don't have our tickets, and additional calls and emails to their company are unanswered. Carnival won't speak to me so I am stuck.
Their prices may be good but this isn't worth it!
